What you should know before paying
- Prices are per salon, per month, in INR, and exclusive of any applicable taxes.
- Billing is monthly and recurring, collected by UPI Autopay through Razorpay. You authorise the mandate once; you can revoke it any time.
- You are charged only after the 14-day trial ends.
- A customer chat is one customer messaging your salon on one day. On Starter, once 200 chats are used in a calendar month, Aarohi tells new customers the salon will reply shortly and passes them to you until the 1st. Growth and Pro have no limit.
- WhatsApp messaging charges levied by Meta are included for normal salon volumes.
