ReceptAI is a software service. Nothing is physically shipped — there is no courier, no tracking number and no delivery address. This page exists to say exactly how and when you get what you paid for.
1. What you receive
Access to the ReceptAI web dashboard at receptai.in, and an AI receptionist that answers WhatsApp messages on your salon's behalf and books appointments into your calendar.
2. When you receive it
- Immediately. Your account is active as soon as you finish signing up — there is no waiting period and no manual approval.
- Your 14-day free trial begins the moment onboarding completes.
- On subscribing, the plan applies to your account right away. You are not left without service between trial and paid plan.
- Connecting your WhatsApp number depends on Meta's approval of that number, which is outside our control. The dashboard works regardless while that is in progress.
3. Delivery charges
None. There are no shipping, handling or delivery fees, because there is nothing to ship. The price you see on the Pricing page is the price you pay.
4. Where we deliver
ReceptAI is sold to businesses in India and priced in Indian Rupees. The dashboard is reachable anywhere with an internet connection.
5. If something does not arrive
If you have paid and cannot access your account, message us on WhatsApp at +91 98866 71039 or email hello@receptai.in. If we cannot restore access, you are entitled to a refund under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
